Legmagasabb kategóriás szülész-nőgyógyász, az Orvostudományok kandidátusa Reproduktív endokrinológus a Nemzetközi programok osztályának vezetője
Tagja az Európai Reprodukciós és Embriológiai Társaságnak (ESHRE), az Ukrán Szülész-nőgyógyászok Társaságának és az Amerikai Reprodukciós Orvoslás Szövetségének (ASRM).
Gyakorlati képzésen és szakmai gyakorlaton vett részt a Clermont-Ferrand CICE Sebészeti Endoszkópiai Központban, ahol elsajátította az endoszkópos sebészet módszereit az endometriózis kezelésére, a kismedencei szervek minimálisan invazív sebészetére, valamint a diagnosztikai és sebészeti hiszteroszkópiára.
Gyakorlati képzést és szakmai gyakorlatot végzett a Tel-Avivi Tél-ha-Somér Ibn-Šeba Központban (Izrael). Az izraeli egészségügyi rendszer modelljének tanulmányozása keretében tapasztalatot szerzett az embriológiai és a reproduktológiai munkában, az ovuláció stimulációs sémák klinikai tesztelésében random ciklusban, az ovuláció stimulációs protokollok gyakorlati alkalmazásában hormonfüggő daganatok esetébe, a termékenység megőrzésének a beteg gondozása során, valamint az IVF programok lebonyolításában az izraeli egészségügyi rendszer keretei között.
Aktív tudományos tevékenységet folytat a monogénes betegségek etnikai hovatartozással kapcsolatos kutatásában, a világméretű cisztás fibrózis megelőzési programok, onkogenetika, cukorbetegség és anyagcsere-betegségek kezelési programajinak kidolgozásában a PGT-M klinikai alkalmazásával. Emellett fontosnak tartja az emberi genomika, az örökletes betegségek kiterjesztett szűrése és az exom szekvenálás technológiáinak klinikai alkalmazását.
Jelentős gyakorlati tevékenysége révén ő vezeti a nemzetközi reproduktív programokért felelős osztályt, felügyelo az IVF-laboratórium minőségét, és átfogó intézkedéseket hajt végre az örökletes betegségek megelőzésére az asszisztált reprodukciás technológiával végzett kezelési programok során. Interdiszciplináris betegellátási menedzsmentet végez, valamint jogi, logisztikai és szervezési kérdéseket old meg Ukrajnában, Csehországban, Argentínában, az USA-ban, Belgiumban és más országokban, ahol a vállalat tevékenykedik. Fontosnak tartja a reproduktív jog, etika és bioetika normáinak betartását az asszisztált reprodukciós technológiák alkalmazása során és a béranyasági programokban.
Egyike a garantált meddőségi kezelési programok ötletadóinak, jelentős a szerepe a garantált programok gyakorlati megvalósításában a Feskov klinikán.
