Ultrahang-diagnosztikai orvos, reproduktológus
Tagja az ESHRE-nek – az Európai Humán Reprodukciós és Embriológiai Társaságnak, valamint a UARM-nek – az Ukrán Reproduktív Orvostudományi Szövetségnek.
Specializálódott az asszisztált reprodukciós technológiák programjainak végrehajtására, az IVF programok osztályának munkájának elemzésére, statisztikai adatok gyűjtésére, jelentéstételére a nemzetközi tudományos adatbankok számára. Dr. Bespechna analitikai munkája számos szisztematikus elemzésbe és Cochrane áttekintésbe bekerült az asszisztált reprodukciós technológiák területén. Képzéseket tart és mentorálja az újonnan kezdő szakembereket.
Közvetlenül gyakorlatban végzi az IVF eljárásokat, a méhen belüli inszeminációt, az ovuláció stimulálását és a petesejt punkciókat, embriók átültetését végzi a pácienseknél, konzultációkat ad a preimplantációs genetikai diagnosztika, a SART klinikai alkalmazásáról, valamint más ígéretes eljárásokról a meddőség kezelésében. Specializálódott idiopátiás meddőség, endokrin meddőség, természetes vetéléssel küzdő, ismételten sikertelen IVF eredményeekkel rendelkező páciensek, őssejtkezelés, valamint az idősebb reproduktív korosztályú páciensek kezelésére.
2004-ben végzett a Harkovi Nemzeti Orvostudományi Egyetemen.
Továbbképzésben vett részt az "IVI" reprodukciós klinikán Spanyolországban. 2015-ben gyakorlatot teljesített a németországi Lübeck-i Kinderwunschzentrum-ban.
2004 óta dolgozik Feskov klinikán.
